My boobs are leaking but I have the Nexplanon birth control in my arm.

Hi you should see a doctor for a breast exam and a blood test to check your Prolactin level

Brest leakage could be the sign of other issues, unrelated to your birth control and pregnancy. Please schedule an appt with your GYN to have an in office evaluation. You may need labs and possibly breast imaging to start off. Imaging could go further, pending the results of those.
