Finger turning black or grey?

My indicator finger (rh) goes from a healthy color to a very dark grey, almost black. What is the reason for this?

Poor blood flow. You need to have it evaluated.
Hello,

This is most likely secondary to a problem with the blood supply to your finger. This could possibly secondary to a condition called Raynaud's Disease. I suggest that you see a hand surgeon to get a proper diagnosis.
It’s losing its blood supply. It could be something called Raynaud’s disease. Please check with your local hand professional or primary care doctor.

You should be evaluated by a medical professional for this problem. This is a circulation problem. The best specialties would be a vascular surgeon or rheumatologist.
It could be something bad, like the blood to your finger getting cut off. Go see your doctor now. Take a baby aspirin once a day,

Hope it helps!!
