“Flu body aches bugging cough ”
I been sick with flu as I'm negative with covid test but my employer wants me to go back to work in assisted living I still have a heavy coughing headache chills and body aches ,she said as long as I don't have a fever needs to go back to work ,was it right to force my body pls answer

Before returning to work you should be asymptomatic for at least 24 hrs.and not require any anti pyretics like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.You are not there yet; you must wear a mask for 10 days since the onset of symptoms irrespective of your symptoms.

Your employer cannot force you to work if you are legitimately sick - some companies ask for the employee to seek a medical note from a healthcare provider if you are to be absent for longer than 3 consecutive days. Please check with your Human Resources department to confirm your company's policies.
