If you take birth control pill, definitely see a vascular specialist to rule out DVT (deep vein thrombosis)

definitely seek help from podiatrist or vascular doctor asap.
See a doctor or go to to the emergency room for an ultrasound to determine if you have a blood clot before trying any other interventions for swelling.
Please make an appointment to see your primary care doctor.
I would be concerned about blood clots (deep vein thrombosis) too. Get seen immediately. This also could be other vein issues too.
Go to the ER ASAP and let them know about the swelling so they can rule out a clot
ER
It is certainly possible that you could have a blood clot. You could also have a stress fracture. I would recommend going to an urgent care for xrays and a venous duplex doppler to check for a blood clot
If you are worried about a blood clot you should immediately go to the emergency room.
I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) for evaluation, diagnosis and treatment options

It's best to be evaluated by a specialist
