“Foreskin cracks open?”
The foreskin on my penis cracks open when I am erect and try pulling it back over the head. What can I do to rectify this problem?

Circumcision is indicated in this case. You can also try steroid creams from your family physician. Usually, the problem will progress due to repetitive scarring. This condition is called phimosis.
