“Green grey specks in phlegm?”
I am 21 years old. I recently have been force coughing up clear spit with grey and green specks due to anxiety and checking if there is blood (I haven't seen any). I recently stopped smoking weed after smoking heavily for a few months. And also just got over a really bad sickness that I had a bad cough during a couple of weeks ago. I have no other symptoms now that I am over the sickness and work out regularly.

That is not normal and should be evaluated. You can start with your family doctor, and perhaps with a chest X-ray.
