Head injury?

I fell on my three-month-old baby on his head, right on his forehead, and nothing happened after that. I mean, he didn't vomit, he didn't pass out, and then I took him to the emergency, they told me he was fine, and the mistake I made was that I slept and didn't watch him at night if he had cramps, and after 3 years, I did a CT on his head and everything with good. I'm still afraid.

You have nothing to worry about. If the initial head injury was not accompanied by loss of consciousness, seizures, or vomiting, then the chances of something bad has happened is almost zero. And now at age three if the CT is normal, then there is certainly no concern Now enjoy your beautiful young child!
