Hepatitis c lab results?

Hi, so I was diagnosed with hep c about 10 years ago and I recently did new lab work but I'm confused about the results. I spoke to my doctor they said I was once exposed but don't have it anymore. I ordered my labs to be done since my hep c virus was >11.0 H. I did a hcv rna by pcr, qn rfx Geno. Those results read as hepatitis c quantitation said hcv not detected but underneath it says hcv log 10 TNP and "unable to calculate results since non-numeric result obtained for component test", which obviously scares me. Does that mean they couldn't obtain an accurate result? Last thing on that lab slip says hcv genotype TNP but underneath that it says not indicated. I'm so confused, please help!
