High-pitched voice?

I am an 18 year old male and don't really have a deep voice yet. I feel as though I have gone through puberty however my voice still sounds like a child and I don't really have a 'deep' voice. It's really bothering me and I need to know if there are options out there that can assist me with getting a deeper voice.

Can anything be done about this? In the past, I have felt I may have been low in testosterone but I don't really know the symptoms of that so that might be out of the question. This has been bothering me for a while now as I feel this will restrict me in life and relationships, I've heard that you can do surgery on your vocal cords to alter the pitch however there isn't much information about it.

Have your primary check an 8AM fasting testosterone level. There are also apps that help you train your voice to be at a different pitch.
Please have your testosterone measured
