Either via the socket of the extracted tooth or directly from the bone from under the tooth/teeth if the teeth are able to be saved.
Quick run thru- profound local anesthesia is obtained. Access to bone tissue(jaw)is made thru gum tissue and or oral mucosa(looser tissue covering bone beyond gum tissue). Bone if covering cyst is removed making access to the cyst. The cyst is then removed using specialized surgical instruments called currettes. Now some times bone graft is placed. Surgical site is closed with sutures.
