If you have a fixed, or non-removable bridge, it should be brushed 2-3 times daily at home and at least 2 x a year by your dental hygienist. Removable bridges or dentures can be cleaned daily with over-the-counter denture cleaners found at your pharmacy. They should also be professionally cleaned by your dentist or dental hygienist at least 2 x a year.
With a floss threader, super floss, or water pic. You must go under the fake tooth and make sure you clean the teeth holding the bridge in
A waterpik or floss threader will clean under the bridge just fine.
If you can pass a Super Floss (Oral B makes them) under the bridge that would be an effective means.
I recommend using a Waterpik water-flosser with the appropriate attachment.
