I am a 55 year old female. I want to know how can I cure night blindness naturally?

I don't know about curing blindness. But I do know that using a pure, clean Frankincense essential oil that does not have synthetics in it can help the health of your eyes. There is a lot of research on using Frankincense. But again, it needs to be a pure, unadulterated essential oil. Almost all on the market are adulterated with synthetics. Your body cannot process synthetics.
I wish there was a natural way to night blindness, but there currently is not. Especially car brands like Honda use lights that are way to strong and blind me a lot of the time. I'm 41 and those cars lights are very blinding. That aside, you may have early cataracts.
Night blindness is associated with vitamin A deficiency. I would supplement with vitamin a vitamin C lutein and astraxanthin
