How can I improve my energy?

I feel flat and tired all the time. How can I improve my energy?

There are multiple possible medical issues that can affect your energy level. So if you have not had a medical check-up, please see your doctor and have one done. If you are otherwise healthy meaning no medical problems, then make sure you are exercising on a regular basis. Exercise conditions your heart, lungs, and other muscles to metabolically work more efficiently and will increase your energy level. If you have not exercised in a while, start slow and gradually increase remembering to stretch before and afterward. And fuel your body with healthy foods.
See your physician and have an evaluation with lab work. Look at thyroid, kidney function in particular. Start sleeping well 7-8 hours a night and begin a regular exercise program.
