The best way to prepare for any procedure is to speak with your primary care doctor and the cardiologist regarding pre-op instructions. I also believe prayer and increased self care activities will make a huge difference with post-op success.

If you are able try walking at least twice a day. You can also practice getting up out of a chair several times a day to keep your legs strong
