Spontaneous hernia reduction depends on the size and location of the hernia and you general health. Laying flat on you back, relaxing with slow, deep breathing, and elevating your legs to relax abdominal muscles often works. If the hernia is painful or red and cannot be reduced, you should seek medical attentions. Incarcerated hernias often require emergency surgery to reduce them.
This can vary. Relaxing and laying flat with constant pressure can reduce it. If you are having pain, nausea, vomiting or abdominal distention this is more concerning and needs urgent evaluation.

Dependent on the type of abdominal hernia and symptoms. Constant pushing with cone fingers with voluntary relaxation and directed to the opening or defect might do it. This can temporarily relieve strangulation of abdominal structures trapped in the hernia sac. Progressive pain with accompanying nausea or vomiting and abdominal wall discoloration may require emergency surgery. Surgeon evaluation is required.
Those can be super dangerous - find a surgeon and fix it

Apply steady gentle pressure over the area. There may be some discomfort. If it does not go in easily, do not force it. If you cannot reduce it, you should seek medical care.
