I was diagnosed with heart inflammation after COVID. Will it go away on its own? How can I treat heart inflammation after COVID?

No specific treatment for COVID myocarditis exists or any viral myocarditis for that matter. All treatment is supportive with blood pressure supporting and heart failure medicines (ionotropes, ACE inhbitors, beta blockers) and supportive devices (balloon pump, left ventricular assist devices) and rhythm controlling medicines as needed. In patients with intractable heart failure, cardiac transplantation is indicated.
Not sure what heart inflammation means. If this is how it was explained to you, you need to go back to the doctor that gave you this information and ask him/her exactly what they meant and gets the information in your hand about it so you can get educated.
