get all the pills your doctor recommended you. and wait about 2 weeks
Ibuprofen & Tylenol but not exceed the limit and that's no more than 4 times on day .
You need to be on Anti Inflammatories such as Ibuprofen 600 mg alternated with Tylenol 1000 mg every 4-6 hrs. If that doesn't work, then a prescription meds for pain may be necessary. The throbbing pain should improve after 48 hrs. If not so, then the tooth needs to be further evaluated by an Endodontist specialist. Best,
