I am a 73 year old female. I want to know how can I keep my dentures from falling out?

You could also consider dental implants.
It really depends how old are they. If they are extremely old with good teeth, maybe a reline or even a rebase of the pink base can help. If not, maybe a new denture. If they are new dentures, then they might need some adjustments to be better. Denture adhesive might help, or implant supported dentures, too.
