prenatal vitamins don't change fertility. Fertility is really dictated by hormones that must stay in a very regulated and tightly controlled range. Lifestyle and food certainly affect hormone levels. For example, in PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) hormonal imbalance is responsible for the lack of a viable egg that doesn't drop into the uterus and becomes a painful fluid filled sack. Fix the food problem, fix the fertility problem. I can help with PCOS. my email is kbrootsaert@gmail.com kyle
That is a great question. Basically PNVs provide basic nutrients to assist your body in egg production and egg quality.
Hello , Prenatal vitamins in and of themselves do not increase fertility. However, it is recommended that women who are trying to conceive start to take prenatal vitamins with Folic Acid at least 3-4 months in advance. The reasons behind this is not only to optimize one's overall health prior to conceptions but just as important they may protect the fetus from neural tube defects and some other birth defects.
