How do I examine my own genitalia at home because I never knew I was supposed to examine my genitalia monthly because I've always had a doctor examine my genitalia. When I do a self testicles exam should I put on gloves? When I do the self testicles exam do I remove my lower clothing?

You do not need gloves. Just use you fingertips and slide the testicle between them feeling for any lumps or asymmetry. If you are not sure, see your doctor.
