How do you fix a dislocated elbow?

I dislocated my elbow. I want to treat it. How do you fix a dislocated elbow?

If you truly dislocated your elbow, then you would need a reduction at the emergency room. Once reduced, you would need assessment of stability & possible MRI for evaluation for surgery. If a radial head dislocation, then a reduction also.
You put it back in place and splint it.
The first thing is to reduce it. Most only require a short period of immobilization and then physical therapy. If there is an associated fracture, that may need to be fixed to prevent recurrent instability.
