Depending on the cause. Your lower back, bad feet, inflammation can produce knee pain. You knee to have an examination to see what is the problem
Thank you for your question. It really depends on your health history and if you have had any injury to the joint. Many times, knee problems can start in the lower back and hips. If there is misalignment in the hips that affects the biomechanics of your knees, therefore causing misalignment, degeneration and arthritis.
Definitely go to a chiropractor who treats extremities. Dont try to fix it yourself
Difficult to do. First try a knee brace with a hole for the knee cap and stays on each side for one week. If that doesn't work see a chiropractor.
You should let a licensed chiropractor realign your knee. Don't try to adjust your knee on your own. You could cause serious damage to that area.
Knee misalignments can, overtime, lead to osteoarthritis due to the amount of weight our body exerts on it for a long period of time. Most chiropractors are trained to realign knee subluxations (misalignments).
