I prefer to never use peroxide in dentures. If you clean them with blue dawn soap they will last a long time keeping them clean and free from bacteria.

I don't usually recommend peroxide. It may weaken the acrylic. Use a commercial cleaning agent available at pharmacy and follow those directions.
