Depending on the surgeon’s procedure, the healing time can vary. I can only give general information because I have no idea of your medical history, age, etc. The best advice is to ask your doctor who is performing the surgery and they can give you a better idea.

It depends on what and where on your foot the spur is being removed from. Generally, with no other information, it takes 4-6 weeks
Depends on the location of the spur and the surgical technique. If it is on a toe and done with a minimal incision surgery, most patients return to work in 3 days. You need to ask your surgeon.

It depends what type of bone spur you are talking about. If it is a bone spur under your heel and a plantar fasciotomy is performed as well, you should recover and be back in your shoes in 3 weeks. If the spur is on the back of your heel where the Achilles Tendon is, then it would require 6 to 8 weeks to recover.
It depends on the involvement of the surgery. Small incision removals of spurs are usually treated with 2-4 weeks of surgical shoe management.
"bone spur surgery" is a broad inclusion of pathology. But, in general, if a bone 'spur' is being resected, it usually only takes 2-3 weeks to recover and be back in normal shoes.
