One of the first things you learn in plastic surgery training is that it takes a full year to see the final results of a rhinoplasty. It’s not unusual for the tip to still feel hard at 5 months due to persistent numbness and swelling.
Usually up to a year or longer. It also depends on the procedure if open or closed rhinoplasty and what was done to the tip
