The duration of physical therapy for tennis elbow can vary depending on the severity of the condition and your individual response to treatment.

Physical therapy( more likely, occupational therapy which focuses on the upper extremities) is generally for two or three months, two or three times a week. Your therapist will give you home exercises as well to do on the other days. If you are not healed or much improved by then, you may need other interventions such as injections or, rarely, surgery.
Tennis Elbow is an over use and inflammation of the tendons So following R.I.C.E principles It can take 4-6 weeks and then re entering the activity slowly to not re injure again.
Depends on many factors, extend of involvement and length of having symptoms.
Tennis elbow is a tough diagnosis. Depending on the person and the length of time that one is afflicted with it, therapy can be anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple of months. I do prefer the hand and elbow therapists, or occupational therapists as opposed to physical therapists. Resting from the actual causative insult, such as overuse at the wrist, is very important.
How long have you had the Tennis Elbow?
My Recommendations: Find someone who does Shock Wave Therapy for this.
