This all depends on pathology, structure and symptoms. Example: someone with a severe whiplash could be seen daily whereas; someone older, a few days in between may be necessary to allow the body to respond.
Short answer: that depends.
Long answer: Depending on a patient's injury or what caused the issues, current state of physical health, prior chiropractic care, and what stage of healing the chiropractic manipulation is performed are all used to determine the interval for treatments. A general rule of thumb is the acute phase(right after the injury) with have a quicker resolution with much more frequent treatments (2-3x/week), but less over all time length of treatment. If the issue has been with he patient for a long time (years), then that may require a longer duration of less frequent treatments.

It depends on the condition you are being treated for. If you were involved in a motor vehicle accident and sustained a whiplash injury, your treatment protocol and number of times to be seen may well be more often than a patient with a ‘stinger’ from playing football or a patient that has tension headaches caused by muscle imbalances dur to neck spine restrictions. Your provider should be able to explain to you the rationale behind their treatment schedule for your case. For more information, please visit https://armourchiro.com
