Bridges last accordingly to Labs between 7-10 years with regular dental cleaning visits and extremely high hygiene care at home daily. Floss threading and Water Pik's are great for keeping a bridge clean for many years. Make sure to get cleaning advice from your Hygienist or Dentist for your care of your new bridge.
It depends on what you mean by bridge. A fixed bridge, something that's cemented in and does not come in and out, can last for decades, depending on a number of factors including: how well you keep it clean, whether you brush twice a day and how well, how well you keep clean next to and under it with dental floss or a water-pik, whether or not you have a dry mouth (that can contribute to cavities), your diet (do you eat a lot of sweets, carbohydrates, soft drinks or "fruit drinks") Then there's the removable "bridges." How long these last depend on a number of factors, including the condition of any teeth that may help "hold them in," how clean you keep your mouth, the condition of the bony ridges, whether you take your dentures out every night. Best would be to check with your dentist.
