Acupuncture and herbal remedies can be recommended for daily use or on an intermittent basis, depending on your condition and financial situation. It is important to consult with a licensed healthcare professional to determine the most appropriate course of action.
It depends on if you have pain or not or if you are just coming in for a "tune-up." I normally recommend a total of 8 visits twice a week for 4 weeks.
It depends on what problem(s) you are trying to address. If it is a serious issue, you may need two or three sessions a week for four to six weeks. A meeting with your provider where you discuss your situation will result in a treatment plan to help you out.
Depending on your symptoms and when they appear.
It depends on what is going on. You can come in everyday if you would like.
Usually, you would start with 1 per week.
If you don't have any health issues then you don't need acupuncture. If you have a lifestyle that could cause some possible health issues, preventive acupuncture could be beneficial. If you have an injury then a treatment plan needs to be discussed to treat your condition.

4 times monthly
The most common recommendation for acupuncture treatment is twice a week, eight times a month. But it also depends on the condition and the progress of the treatment. In other words, if the patient's condition improves, you can cut it down to once a week or once a month.
First of all, you need to let me know what's wrong with you.
If you are healthy, once a month is good for maintenance. If you have issues you want treated, your acupuncturist will recommend how often.
That would depend on if you have any issues that need to be addressed. If you don't have any issues, once per month is fine to maintain a healthy system. You also need to consider your diet and exercise, stress level, etc. A healthy diet and regular exercise are essential to staying healthy.

Depend upon your situation . Generally , you have to visit two times a week for first three week, than once a week .
Hello, A practitioner would need to assess your case to determine the frequency of treatments. In general, treatments start on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and then became less frequent as symptoms start to diminish.
Hi. Just like your visit with your M.D. and other specialists, unfortunately we would not know how many visits you may need until we see you and diagnose your condition. In addition, depends on your insurance, we may receive authorization for a certain number of treatments only.
Completely depends on your condition, many patients prefer to come 1-2x a week
Hello,

The number of treatments you need depends on the reason you are seeking acupuncture. If it is a specific issue, get an evaluation and a recommendation should be given to you. If you are seeking preventive wellness, then I always recommend monthly treatments to my patients to maintain overall well-being, prevent injury and disease.
Thank you for your question.
The # of visits each month would depend on what you were seeking help with or relief from. For pain you might go a couple of times each week. For other issues weekly or every couple of weeks might create healing results.
That totally depends on your symptoms and how your acupuncturist works. I usually see people twice a week until their symptoms subside and stay down between treatments. Then I move to once a week, then once every other week as the treatments hold longer and longer. So don't worry about how many times a month but rather how fast you're getting better.
The ancient texts recommend one time per month for maintaining general health and more frequently for pain or illness.
I think four times is good for per month. But it also depends on your conditions.
How many acupuncture visits per month is dependent on what's being treated, how severe that issue is, and where you are in the treatment cycle. Someone with fairly severe chronic pain may require treatment 2-3 times per week for a few weeks. Once the pain is under control, the treatment schedule should be modified and the length of time between treatments gradually extended until either a maintenance level is reached or the problem resolves. Someone who is otherwise fairly healthy and is interested in the wellness component of Chinese medicine may only need to come in once a month. Without knowing what your health issue is, it's difficult to say how many treatments per month you might need.
