I will have LASIK eye surgery. How many days of rest do you need after laser eye surgery?

You should be fine the next day, but I would exercise caution, and not d o any lifting for about a week. Your surgeon should really have gone over this with you.
Overwhelmingly LASIK patients are back to work the very next day, back to driving, watching TV, using a computer and smartphone. With LASIK technology advancements, recovery is very fast, and patients are functional the next day. Exercise and severe physical exertion should be delayed 5 days, make up too.
