I am a 33 year old female. I want to know how painful is all on 4 dental implants?

Shouldn’t be that painful
The actual all on 4 dental implants should not be painful. The worst part is removing all the teeth and healing from that surgery.

The procedure itself should have no pain as the surgeon should have profound anesthesia achieved with local anesthetic. Many surgeons also offer IV sedation so you are pretty well sedated if desired.. Post op I have not heard any reports of much if any post op pain from the cases I have treated with this technique. We expect you will have some post op pain that is usually well controlled with 600mg. ibuprofen every 6 hrs with acetominophen 330-500mg every 4-6hrs for the first 3days.
It would be hard to be exact since peoples pain tolerance are different. Overall some discomfort the first 2-3 days is normal in some cases it might takes 5-7 days. 10-14 days after procedure a post op visit should be arranged to make sure everything is healing the way it should.
Shouldn’t be painful. Might be some soreness after the procedure.
