“How should I clean my teeth after a root canal?”
I had a root canal 2 days ago. How should I clean my teeth after a root canal?

Clean your teeth after a root canal the same way as before the root canal. Root canal therapy removes the nerve from inside the tooth and then fills the space with appropriate filling material. If you had a root canal due to decay, it can be assumed that you may not have done a very thorough job of cleaning your teeth. My suggestion is to be sure you're using a battery-operated or electric toothbrush and cleaning between your teeth with dental floss, proxabrush, "Gum-Piks" or WaterFlosser with anti-bacterial rinse of some sort in the reservoir. Have your dentist or hygienist review with you the proper way to use this stuff to keep your teeth and gums healthy.
