You normally don't sleep with tooth pain. Go see a dentist. Or take some pain meds.
Take whatever you normally take for pain. Call the doctor in the morning
Call your dentist for help with that. If there is an infection it needs to be addressed promptly
You can take acetaminophen and ibuprofen together and call your dentist in the morning to find and treat the cause of the pain.
You shouldn’t, you should go see a dentist!

If you don’t have stomach ulcer take ibuprofen and follow the instructions
It is not common having tooth pain at 23 years of age. Suggest to have a consultation with dentis to find out which tooth is causing pain.
