“How should you sleep if you have scoliosis?”
I am a 23 year old male. I want to know how should you sleep if you have scoliosis?

There is no specific way to sleep for scoliosis or for any individual for that matter. You should do your best always to sleep in a neutral posture. Either sleep in the back on a more firm mattress or sleep on your side on a moderate to firm mattress with a pillow between your knees. The pillow disallows rotation of the pelvis and keeps your spine neutral. Hope I helped.
That depends! Depends on the direction of your curve and complexity of your curve. Try sleeping on your side with the curved side down and a pillow for support – bear hug a pillow, slightly roll forward and put your body weight on the pillow. Also make sure your neck is supported as well, not flexing your head too far forward or backwards.

Hello. It depends upon what region of the spine that your scoliosis is located at and what degree of curvature you have. Sleeping on your back with a pillow under your knees or sleeping on your side with a pillow between your knees is beneficial to keep pressure off of your low back, but there isn’t necessarily a right way to sleep if you have scoliosis.
