“How to heal my earache?”
I put debrox in my ear not knowing I have a hole in my eardrum. It burned really bad. My tongue went numb and I'm dizzy.

with hole in your ear drum, you should not have put these drops in ear. Please see ENT specialist who can examine your ear
Keep the ear dry and see an otolaryngologist asap.
Okay, if you are able to see an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) physician, that is the first thing to do as soon as possible.
I recommend you see an audiologist or ENT physician for an evaluation of the ear drum. If the perforation is not healing on well, surgical intervention may be necessary.
