“How to treat my fever?”
I am a 46 year old male. I am having a fever since yesterday and now my fever temperature is 101.0. I am having body pain especially in my joints and feeling very cold having gas also.

The first step is to take acetaminophen 500mg (as long as you don't have liver disease or an allergy to it). If you have already tried it without success (temporary reduction in your fever) then you should try ibuprofen 400 mg (as long as you don't have bleeding, ulcers, or upcoming surgery). Also, it would be a good idea to get tested for Covid and influenza.
