“Syphilis incubation?”
I ended a relationship with a woman on June 15th. I got a full STD test and was completely clear on July 11th. Shortly after she notified me that she had Syphilis. Is it possible to have a false negative? I don't have symptoms but wondering if I need to get re-tested.

Usually syphilis serology is positive within 3 weeks so you are probably safe but I would re-test for certainly
