I fell and my head snapped back felt it in my neck. Now my arms feel like there burning on the inside, and my fingers are tingly

Sounds like you experienced a “stinger.” Hopefully that will go away and not continue to linger.

You should see a spine specialist if these symptoms persist. I would also recommend first going to the ER to get a CT and/or MRI of your neck. Sounds like you have a pinched nerve in your neck. It could also be a stinger or burner (nerve traction), which should resolve within a day.
