“I have a few bumps in my personal area?”
I have bumps in my public area. It’s on my organ. Some are bigger than others some are hard, some are soft. Some are the same and some are different. Some are sore and a few even itches at times some don’t bother me at all. Some bother me when I’m erect and at times sore when I’m down. Idk what’s going on.

I believe those are ingrown hairs and nothing to worry about. Unfortunately, the pictures are not good enough to make a true diagnosis so you may want to pop in to see your local urologist.
