“I have a foreskin issue?”
Hi, I am 25 and I am embarrassed because I have never pulled my foreskin back and I do not know what to do.

If you can gently retract your foreskin so that you can see the tip of the penis if you’re able to do that, then pull the skin back over the tip so that it doesn’t get stuck in the retracted position. You should be retracting the foreskin to urinate and then pat dry the skin so it does not get a yeast infection underneath. You should wash it underneath the foreskin when you shower as well.

If you can’t comfortably retract your foreskin, don’t force it. You need to see a urologist soon.
At this time if you have not been able to pull back your foreman you need either a dorsal slit or a circumcision to expose the head of your penis. I recommend you see a urologist for evaluation
