I'm worried of COVID-19 and I have got a habit cough and don't know what to do?

Perhaps it's on the basis of anxiety. Exercise is the best treatment I know of for that, or perhaps other activities will serve the purpose. That failing, you can see a behavioral psychologist. Ask yourself what happens if you don't cough...
You can re-train yourself to swallow every time you are going to cough, carry a water bottle, drink water every time you have urge to cough. Should be drinking two quarters of water a day under normal requirements.

If your cough worsens with sore throat, fevers, maybe change in ability to smell, and shortness of breath, then definitely concerning for infection. In that case, would recommend seek medical attention.
