“I have a pain my back after my knee jerked forward during an accident. Please suggest a remedy.”
When I got into an accident, my knee jerked forward and hit the dashboard of my car. Now, my lower back is in pain, which goes in and out. What do you suggest I do?

Seek medical evaluation to assess the extent of your injury. Rest and avoid activities that worsen the pain. Apply ice packs to the affected area for 15-20 minutes several times a day to reduce inflammation. Consider over-the-counter pain relievers and gentle stretching exercises recommended by a healthcare professional.

Well, that kind of sudden impact can clench your leg and back into confusion. A PT who is familiar with a body movement approach, such as Feldenkrais, Pilates or Gyrotonics might be able to help your back and leg restore their fluid connections (and improve your mobility, decreasing those low back pain episodes).
Probably you had a strain or sprained your back during the accident. My advice to you, you have to see an orthopedic doctor for more tests, perhaps an MRI to see what is going on.
Sounds like you could have damaged a ligament in the knee. Often times dashboard injuries result in a tear of the PCL which affects knee stability. Like a building , if the foundation has a problem, the rest of the building is not in perfect alignment. You need to strengthen your leg as well as performing core stabilization exercises. Posture is extremely important. Finding a good physical therapist is a good way to start, if possible.
FYI I too have a similar result from a car accident where both knees hit the dashboard. Other things involved but, talking as a PT and one with similar problems. Hope this helps
