I have these spots showing up all over my body

These spots have been showing up for about a week.. I thought I was having an allergic read to a new soap but I’m now convinced it’s either ringworm or Pityriasis rosea. I don’t have insurance so going to a doctors office to be told there’s nothing to do but wait seems like a waste to me, especially when most websites are saying over the counter medicine would work for both of these. Any help in diagnosing these spots is much appreciated, and knowing if I should see a doctor or not would also help. Thank you to anyone who helps out.

It's not PR or tinea. Its low likelihood to be anything bad but seeing a board certified dermatologist in person would likely lead to a specific diagnosis. A visit with a dermatologist would likely only cost 100 dollars or so (without insurance) - just call ahead and ask. I think a lot of folks think that doctors somehow cost an arm and a leg - we charge less than a dentist, and less than most who are artisans or tradesmen(women). Less than a visit to your local mechanic, plumber, or electrician.
