Cardiologist Questions Cardiologist

I'm tired and can't normally live?

I suffer from weakness attacks. One week can be quite normal but another one terrible. My symptoms: chest pressure almost all the time, pain in muscles and spine (mainly upper side like arms, between blade bones), difficult breathing (but spo2 is usually above 95), pressure in the head and sometimes in temples (not a headache but pressure like it can explode), sometimes dizziness and lightheaded feeling, from time to time weak legs (generally whole body, lack of sensations in limbs, problems with walking), rarely piercing in heart, often pain in the right side of chest (lung/ribs?).

In December 2021 I had covid, last days of the infection were hard, with pain in my lungs and dizziness. Then I recovered in March 2022, I was in hospital coz almost lost consciousness, feel pain in my chest and heart, EKG was normal. Since that time (March) I have had these attacks of weakness, can't work or often even take a walk. Rather it isn't anxiety. there is no correlation between attacks and stress. The pain passes through sleep time and welcomes me in the morning. My health sometimes worsens in relaxing and calm moments.

I have to mention that a few years ago I had probably a kind of stroke. One night impossible pain in my head broke my dream and I was feeling like dying but just took pills and tried to sleep again. Next week something moving in my head (like blood flows from place to place), I couldn't stand for a long time I was so weak that even making a sandwich in a standing pose was a challenge. Maybe covid reactivated old problems or destroyed something in my body or maybe is a completely other cause.

I am very sorry to hear that you feel this way, I have some patients who after COVID developed a lot of fatigue, it could be an autoimmune problem like fibromyalgia, I recommend that you see a rheumatologist for a more detailed diagnosis. and Management.
I hope you feel better soon!
