I've had drastic weight loss?

I lost 30 pounds in 5 months. I went from 225 to 195. My height is 6’1. The only thing that’s changed, is my diet. I only eat fruit for breakfast. A small snack for lunch break and probably a good serving size of homemade dinner. I stopped eating out less because I have a big enough kitchen to make actual meals. I work out two a week lifting weight. I’m in construction. Just curious if there could be a medical issue or not due to so much weight loss. I don’t have any aches or pains. I’m not feeling lightheaded at work. I actually feel fine but I have drastically lost weight.

While losing weight too fast could be a sign of something much more serious, losing 30 pounds over 5 months isn't too fast. It also sounds like you did it in a healthy way and are making the best choices for you to be a healthier person! Congratulations!
