“If my hemorrhoid bursts can it lead to a hole?”
I'm positive that I had a hemorrhoid burst but now there's a hole by my anus and I'm not sure if I should go to an emergency room.

No. More likely you had an abscess or fistula. Should be seen in the hospital.
