Intermitting fasting and medicine better taken with food?

Hey. My medicine is better taken with food, so it will last longer basically. However, I'm trying out intermitting fasting - skipping meal at night didn't work that great. Morning is much easier for me.

So how much "food" is required to remain the extended-release functional?

Is it possible without going above 300kcal? Maybe 2-3 Spoons of Yoghurt?

(my doc didn't know nor anyone I asked so far`)

cheers

If your medication is one that you could take at your first meal, then switch to taking it whenever you eat your first full meal. Without knowing what the medication is, I'm not able to fully answer your question.
Intermittent fasting is great! I'm a huge fan. Probably just taking it with a little bit of food is fine. 100 Calories should be fine. It depends on what the medicine is.
Almost all drugs are NOT better taken with calcium products. Make sure your Dr knows you are taking it w yogurt.
