Yes. Let your anesthesia and surgical teams know but the amount in your blood will be minimal after 24 hours. Good luck!
Yes
Severe anxiety can be accompanied by higher BP and heart rate. But with adequate sedation that most patients get prior to surgery, most patients calm down and with the induction of general Anesthesia and proper monitoring of cardiac rhythm, BP and other vital signs a safe anesthesia can be administered by most trained personnel.
Stop Cialis 24 hrs before surgery.
Cialis may be associated with lowered blood pressure, especially in the first 2-8 hours after consumption, but there is no evidence of a persistent effect after 24 hours.
Certainly, provided you are otherwise healthy. The vasodilatory effects of cialisis aren't that profound in hydrated healthy people and certainly don't last that (24 hours) long. If you are at all concerned (light headed upon standing, tie orthostatic BP drop), tell your provider.
I would not have a contraindication or hesitancy administering an anesthetic to a healthy patient who took Cialis. The onset of vasodilation is gradual and not extreme, so I would not expect any cardiovascular instability.
Yes, as long as you tell your anesthesiologist. It is a vasodilator, which means it will potentially drop your blood pressure, so it would be best to withhold if possible.
