“Is aspirin good for irregular heartbeat?”
I am a 63 year old male. I have an irregular heartbeat and I am taking aspirin for it. Is aspirin good for irregular heartbeat?

If by "irregular heart beat" you mean atrial fibrillation, the answer is no. In the 1990s, the Boston Area Aspirin in Atrial Fibrillation study showed no benefit in reducing stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation given Aspirin.
