Is it normal for a 4 year old to not speak clearly?

My 4-year-old daughter is not speaking clearly. What should I do? Is it normal for a 4-year-old to not speak clearly?

If she is par less to her age group, better to see a speech therapist
Seek out a speech therapist to help with articulation. This will also aid in the development on reading and spelling. Also it would be helpful to get a hearing test.
Some speech delay can be seen in a 4 y/o toddler. If there's any concern please consult your pediatrician who will direct you to the appropriate specialist
By age 4 most children are at least 75% intelligible. If your daughter is difficult to understand, I would recommend having her assessed by a speech-language pathologist.
If a stranger can understand 3/4 of what she says you could give her a little more time to develop clear speech. If you are concerned ask your pediatrician for a referral to a speech therapist for an evaluation.
